Our Customer Service Reps (CSRs) are committed to earning your business. They are courteous, friendly and patient and they deliver good customer service always with the "Golden Rule" in mind.

Service requests are responded to within 2-04 hours and our in-house technical support attempt to pre-diagnose faults in an attempt to satisfy the customer in a single trip.
We give our customers the option of a morning or after-noon service call within a 2-3 hour window. We also accept evening or after 5:00 pm request whenever possible.
