Job Description
1. Identifying new recruitment sales leads
2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
3. Good experience of identifying potential candidates and matching with job requirements
3. Create detailed proposal documents
4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
6. Developing quotes and proposals
7. Follow up, close the sales & payment collection
8. Negotiating by phone, email, and in person.
