•Explain the complete scope of work to Client and manage to execute the within the period of time with the limited budget.
•Designing the complete project by keeping complete services in mind like Plumbing, Drainage & Electrical works.
•Designing the Elevation and executed as per the approved drawings
•Excavation for foundation.
•Excavation for underground structure like underground water tank.
•Solve technical issues at site with complete responsibilities.
•Co-ordinate with all streams to avoid repetition of work.
•Co-ordinate with suppliers and contractors for material and manpower at site.
•Co-ordinate with Municipal authorities to obtain building permit for construction at site.
•Switch from supplier to supplier to obtain progress within the budget.
•Construction of complete Super structure.
•Complete finishing works including plaster & paint.
•Completing the complete project within the budget of client.
•Completing the complete work within the time frame agreed during the project signing
