I understand every child is unique and it is imperative their individual interests are identified and focused upon.
Tutoring Approach: First, we get to know about our weak areas in Hindi and as we start getting confident, we can together work on it. During practice sessions, my students will first read the chapter and bring me problems or issues they find in understanding. I find this as a wonderful way of growing our knowledge together. I also create a positive and supportive educational environment as I find working in partnership with parents not only enhances students self-esteem, it improves academic achievement and understands the schooling process, which, after all, should be a rewarding experience for students & parents.
