If the Buyer Agrees to move Forward he Puts A Deposit Cheque & ask for Paper work & Due Diligence for the property.
Upon Successful Due Diligence the Buyers Pays the Money to the Sellers.
All charges towards transfer/NOC will be Borne by the new buyer only
Brokerage fee will be 2% on the agreed selling prices Borne by the new buyer.
