Technical Marketing Engineer (TME)
Job description
This is a position of a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) at Global Innovation Investments LLC (GIIL). Is a highly visible function that requires interaction with Leadership. The candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive and confident individual who is comfortable operating with minimal direction and thrives in a dynamic environment to help ensure the successful execution of initiatives. They will be a credible and savvy business person who will be perceived as a trusted consultant and functional expert within the technical organisation and plays an active role in the commitment to continuous improvement.
The TME will act as a coordinator between multiple projects at the business to be sure they are benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals.

Role
The TME is a technologist who works as a part of the product marketing team. The TME will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the solutions that we bring to market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements.
The TME must be a technical expert. The TME must have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators of a product/solution and also work with the Product Management teams to continually improve.

Responsibilities
• Create design guides, risk assessment guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations for our solutions.
• Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our security solutions and products.
• Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some foreign travel or within UAE may be required to support field and marketing activity.
• Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities.
• Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.
• Work with the Competitive Team for market and competitive analysis.
•Interact proactively with our worldwide team of scientists and developers and keep project activity up-to-date and rolling.
•Update and proactively follow up on the Company Project Management web-based software
The TME is likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can also include:
-Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
-Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
-Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
-Promotional activities
-Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
-Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
-Organising events and product exhibitions
-Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
-Monitoring performance
-Managing campaigns on social media.

Desired Characteristics
-High degree of hands-on experience in running complex projects / engagements / programs

- Proven ability to execute high-profile initiatives and to provide strategic, thought leadership to the organization
-Demonstrated ability to plan and execute highly visible, cross business initiatives
- Proven track record working with senior executives & technical decision makers
¬¬¬¬- Technological knowledge¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬ in analytics and enterprise software
- Experience in working with local and remote teams across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organisation

- Ability to hit tight deadlines and work under pressure¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬


Qualifications
• Being fluent in Russian / Ukranian and English is a compulsory requirement
•Be able to translate documents from Russian/Ukranian to English and vice versa
•Extensive customer and field experience is desirable.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.
• Prior experience as a TME, Project Manager, Research Analyst or Sales Engineer is desirable.
•A Bachelors degree in Engineering with Project Management experience is preferred
•Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Must be resourceful, proactive and aggressive.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
• Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments.
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the Company.
